Trinity Industries is one of the most recent additions to ISNetworld®’s network of hiring clients. They are one of almost 700 hiring clients to utilize ISNetworld’s contractor management platform.

ISNetworld® aids businesses in handling supply chain risks. Established in 2001, it boasts over 700 hiring clients and 70,000 contractors in its network. ISNetworld® simplifies contractor management and prequalification processes, making it easier for companies. Without ISNetworld®, keeping track of contractor information could be challenging for hiring companies. Teaming up with ISNetworld® enables companies to concentrate on business growth rather than investing excessive time in vetting contractors and suppliers.
Trinity Industries contractors will need to register with ISN® to be considered for the selection process. While there’s a membership fee with ISN®, Trinity Industries believes the advantages far outweigh the costs. If contractors already have an ISN® account, they won’t need to pay extra but must ensure they’re linked with Trinity Industries within ISN®. Contractors must complete the following:
- Company Profile
- EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Questionnaire
- EHS Written Programs
- OSHA Forms
- Experience Modification Rate
- Other documentation as required
Contractors will have until August 2, 2024, to complete all required items and gain compliance with Trinity Industries within ISN®.

OSHA Forms and other regulatory documentation
JJ Safety assists in gathering regulatory documentation such as OSHA forms and ensures they are up-to-date. If the company doesn’t have OSHA 300 and 300A forms, JJ Safety will create them and upload them to the company’s account. We also compare each incident on the OSHA 300 logs with the OSHA Recordkeeping Handbook to avoid overreporting.
Insurance
JJ Safety will collaborate directly with your insurance company to confirm the accurate wording, endorsements, and coverage, ultimately saving you both time and money.
Ongoing management
JJ Safety provides annual account management services to ensure that your account is always up-to-date. This includes completing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical updates as well as incorporating new safety programs, training, and other requirements added by your customers.
