OSHA’s “Guidance on Mitigating and Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 in the Workplace” is designed to help employers protect workers who are unvaccinated or otherwise at-risk, including if they are immunocompromised and also implement new guidance involving workers who are fully vaccinated but located in areas of substantial or high community transmission.

Who Needs this Training?
Any worker who may be exposed to the COVID-19 virus may need this training to understand the recommendations for COVID-19. Employers may also need this training to implement inside the workplace and to follow legal requirements and recommendations.

Dangers of Remaining Uncertified:
Those who remain uncertified may be more at risk of COVID-19 exposure and employers who remain uncertified will lack abiding by requirements and recommendations.
