According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It can affect how we think, feel, and act. Mental health can also determine how people handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions.

Who Needs this Training?
Any employers, workers, or individual who struggles with mental health or knows someone who struggles needs his training. This training aims to raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

Dangers of Remaining Uncertified:
Anyone who remains untrained may lack knowledge and understanding of those who struggle with mental health. Remaining uncertified may also make it harder for people to know how to help themselves or others in need.
