ISNetworld® is an industry leader in supply chain risk management. Established in 2001, ISN® currently has over 700 hiring clients and 70,000+ contractors in the network. ISNetworld® streamlines the contractor management and contractor prequalification process. Without companies like ISN®, hiring companies would likely struggle to organize the process of contractor information management. Partnered with ISN®, companies can spend more time on things to grow their business and less time vetting their contractors and suppliers.
Cooke Inc. contractors will need to sign up with ISN® to be considered in the contractor selection process. There is a fee associated with ISN® membership but Cooke Inc. believes the benefits outweigh the costs by far. For contractors who already have an existing ISN® account, no additional fee is required but will need to make sure they are connected with Cooke Inc. within ISN®. Contractors will need to complete the following:
- Company Profile
- EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Questionnaire
- EHS Written Programs
- OSHA Forms
- Experience Modification Rate
- Other documentation as required
Contractors will have 14 days from today, August 2, 2023, to complete all required items and gain compliance with Cooke Inc. within ISN®.

EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Questionnaire

Training documentation
JJ Safety will provide awareness-level training to your company and collect or create a roster. With the roster in hand, we upload it to ISN® on your behalf. In addition, JJ Safety also provides comprehensive training programs and online options.
OSHA Forms and other regulatory documentation
JJ Safety assists in gathering regulatory documentation such as OSHA forms and ensures they are up-to-date. If the company doesn’t have OSHA 300 and 300A forms, JJ Safety will create them and upload them to the company’s account. We also compare each incident on the OSHA 300 logs with the OSHA Recordkeeping Handbook to avoid overreporting.
Insurance
JJ Safety will work directly with your insurance company to ensure the correct verbiage, endorsements, and coverage is evidenced, saving you time and money.
Ongoing management
JJ Safety provides annual account management services to ensure that your account is always up-to-date. This includes completing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical updates as well as incorporating new safety programs, training, and other requirements added by your customers.
