Contractors have within 30 days to complete required information and gain compliance with Bericap within ISN®.
The company will need to complete and submit the following information required by ISN®:
- Company Profile
- EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Questionnaire
- EHS Written Programs
- Experience Modification Rate (EMR)
- And, Other Required Documentation
Bericap Inc. may be required to complete and submit additional information aside from the list above. This may include insurance information, if needed.
